1. Intended Use

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used, stored, and handled in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations within their jurisdiction.

 

2. Researcher Validation

By purchasing products from Bioniq Lab, you agree to participate in the Bioniq Lab Researcher Validation Programme.

As part of maintaining an active researcher account, Bioniq Lab may periodically request supporting research-related information, such as study summaries, research observations, data abstracts, or other documentation, for:

• quality control purposes; and
• community research initiatives.

Failure to provide the required submission may result in suspension or termination of:

• purchasing access; and/or
• researcher validation status.

3. Verification and Orders

Bioniq Lab may request information to verify:

• customer identity;
• business details;
• professional affiliation; and/or
• intended research use.

We reserve the right to:

• request additional verification or supporting documentation;
• refuse or cancel orders; and
• refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts where misuse, inaccurate information, or use inconsistent with legitimate research purposes is suspected.

4. Customer Agreement

By purchasing from this website, you confirm that:

• products are being purchased solely for legitimate research purposes;
• you understand the nature of the products supplied;
• you are qualified to safely handle and use the products; and
• products will not be used outside their intended research purpose.

5. Liability

Bioniq Lab accepts no liability for misuse, improper handling, or use of products outside their intended research purpose.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bioniq Lab against any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal actions arising from improper or unlawful use of products supplied.
