Purposes NOT intended for products include, but not limited to: in vitro diagnostic, foods, drugs, medical devices, and commercial purposes. Buyer covenants to use products are exclusively for research or industrial purposes.
• Buyer acknowledges that the products have NOT been tested by supplier for safety and efficiency or efficacy in food, drug and medical device cosmetic commercial or any other use. Buyer represents and warrants to supplier that Buyer will properly test and use any products purchased from supplier and for materials produced with products purchased from supplier in accordance with the practices of any person who is not an expert in any appropriate scientific field of study and in strict compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations now and hereafter enacted.​
• Buyer further warrants to supplier that any material produced with products from supplier shall not be adulterated or misbranded. ​
• Buyer has the responsibility to verify the hazards and to conduct any further research necessary to learn the hazards involved in using products purchased from supplier.​
• Buyer agrees to comply with instructions by supplier relating to the use of the products and not violate the expressed prohibitive use of said products in any manner.
• In no event shall Bioniq Lab or any of its directors, officers, agents or affiliates be liable for special incidental or consequential damages whether purchase claim in contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. Bioniq Lab absorbs NO liability in the form of compensatory or damages. By continuing, by means of accepting subsequent and aforementioned conditions, you waive your right to litigation against Bioniq Lab. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Bioniq Lab harmless from all claims, expenses, losses and liability of any nature whatsoever arising out of purchasers handling and or use of any product sold here.​
• The Platform is intended for users aged 18 or older. If you are under 18, you may only use it with the consent of a parent or guardian.

By agreeing to aforementioned and subsequent acknowledgement of remainder of said disclaimer, you are affirming that you are, the equivalent or of greater academic certification, a Medical Laboratory Technologist or Technician. ​

The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bioniq Lab its present and future suppliers, agents, owners, shareholders and employees, as the case may be, for and against any and all losses, damages and expenses, including legal fees and other costs of defending any action (on a solicitor-client basis) that Bioniq Lab may sustain or which may occur as a result of any claim of negligence of contract or other claims or theories of law by himself, his officers, agents, or employees, his customers or other persons, whether direct or indirect in connection with the unsafe, improper or illegal use, or an unintended use of any chemical or product or services provided. In addition, the buyer will adopt and use all necessary safety precautions and will abide by all local, state/province and government regulations in accordance with the use of any product or service provided by Bioniq Lab.

All notices from Bioniq Lab to You may be posted on our Web site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to Bioniq Lab shall be made either by e-mail, sent to the address we provide on our Web site.​

Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to Bioniq Lab five (5) days after the date sent.

Bioniq Lab does not guarantee that order deliveries will be made at specific and specific hours. Bioniq Lab guarantees the delivery of orders within the indicated deadlines depending on the transport system, the destination chosen by the buyer and the time slot in which the order was placed. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there is no order pick-up or delivery service, a circumstance that will affect the calculation of delivery dates.

Delivery times vary depending on the different geographical area, and is dated from the date of the payment confirmation.

For the peninsula, a maximum period of 14 working days. – Holidays do not count as a delivery day.

For the rest, a delivery time of 7-10 working days.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Product Packaging and Appearance

From time to time, the external packaging, vial size, colour, or label design of products may vary depending on manufacturing batches or supplier updates.

These variations are cosmetic only and do not affect the quality, purity, dosage, or composition of the product supplied.

By purchasing from this website, the customer acknowledges and accepts that minor packaging differences may occur between batches.

Our shipping fee is €49.00 including VAT. It is a fixed rate, it does not vary due to factors such as order weight, number of products or others.
